The Story of Khale suffers from something called Fallen Angel Syndrome; it's when its hype is driven by one or two really strong teasers/trailers, but the actual episode itself does little to nothing.

I mean, what happens in Khale? Wakes up, takes a bath, spars with his... brother, I think, eats, and goes to some school... but there's no plot. It's all art. I'm not calling it bad, it's just that Chuck's New Tux had more plot than Khale, and more people would watch that again than Khale.

To top it all off, so much effort is placed into Khale that we really won't see any episodes until a year later, maybe even longer. Happy Harry really knew how to dedicate his time and not only churned out Chuck's New Tux, but a handful of other great toons in a similar time frame.

The Pancakes short was an even better contender than Khale considering the material and an actual plot, but Chuck's New Tux was fast paced and practically indistinguishable from an actual cartoon.

Ill conceed the point on khale, but Pancakes drew you in before the ultimate punch line, Chuck was just I have a tux and akl;dhsfnl;ajknhkl;jbfak;jabk;fjb dead.
